HOUSE RULES

The entertainment center can only be visited in compliance with the House Rules!
By purchasing a ticket to the UV Empire and entering the area, the house rules are considered accepted!

Our games can only be used at your own risk!

Number restrictions:

The UV Empire entertainment center can be visited by people over 3 years old.

The Axe Throwing area can be visited by people over 12 years old, but under 18 years old only with parental or adult supervision!

If a person between 12 and 18 years old wants to play axe throwing, they can only do so with parental supervision or with adult supervision and parental consent.

A maximum of 45 people can stay in the UV Empire at a time.

In the case of party rooms, the number of people is:

small room: max. 10 people.
Large room: max. 25 people.

General rules:

Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the UV Empire!
Smoking is allowed outside at the entrance in the designated area!
It is strictly FORBIDDEN to bring animals into the UV Empire!
It is FORBIDDEN to bring sharp, piercing, metal and glass objects, and other objects that can cause damage into the area!
It is FORBIDDEN to bring food and drinks into the UV Empire!
Food and drinks can be purchased and consumed in the designated area.
Visitors may only use objects placed in the play area for their intended purpose and at their own risk.
The visitor is fully responsible for any damage resulting from improper use.
The visitor is fully responsible for any accident resulting from improper use and its consequences.
Damage to any decoration or theft of objects will result in criminal proceedings!
First aid kit and equipment available at the counter!

Cameras:

The ticket buyer acknowledges that there are cameras located in the UV Empire area, which record footage. The conditions for camera management are regulated by the GDPR. Photo and video materials taken in the UV Empire area are the property of the operator. They may be used freely, taking into account personal rights. The visitor accepts that he/she may not subsequently make financial claims against the company operating the center in connection with the recordings taken in this way.
Failure to comply with the rules, as well as unacceptable behavior – rudeness, fighting, uncivilized behavior – intentional endangerment, will result in exclusion from the area.
In the UV Empire area, please pay attention to your valuables, because we do not assume responsibility for objects left unattended and for accidents caused by them!
Photos may be taken of players in the UV Empire area.
UV Birodalom Kft. may publish the photos taken on its own pages and use them for marketing purposes. If someone does not agree to this, they can report it in writing to hello@uvbirodalom.hu. Theft will result in criminal proceedings!
First aid kit and equipment are available at the counter!

Gift Certificates:

Our gift certificates can be used within 1 year of purchase!
We cannot extend expired gift certificates!
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable!

Axe throwing rules:

Persons under the age of 18 may only be present in the axe throwing area with parental supervision!
Everyone may use the axe courts only at their own risk!
Everyone may participate in axe throwing after signing a liability statement!
The statement must be signed by all participants.
During the axe throwing, players may only move behind the courts at their own risk.
They may not cross over to another team's court!
Used tools must be left intact in the box at the end of the game, which our colleagues will take away!
Players may only use the axes and tools of the UV Empire specified for this purpose! Your own tools may not be used or brought into the UV Empire!

The above rules apply to the entire UV Empire!

By purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have accepted the rules of the house rules!

A camera surveillance system operates on site for the safety of our own employees and guests!
